... to think, learn and plan. Let’s begin this cycle together with a LIVE Online yoga practice. New Moon is a time for new beginnings, growth, fresh ideas, experiences, and events. I created a New Moon Yoga online event to help my Healing Community to be in tune with natural flow of the energy. We will gather every New Moon via Zoom for a 1-hour mild hatha yoga stretch, soft meditation, breathing and easy manifestation techniques.
